Integrations are how you keep total control without living only inside InProQu. You connect your accounts. InProQu stores secrets encrypted and calls the provider on your behalf. You pay the provider directly (BYOK). InProQu does not resell their API.

Integrations in the sidebar → find a card → Connect. The card says Connected when it worked. A platform admin can hide a provider for the whole deployment. If a card is missing, ask them.
Auth types
| Type | What you do | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| OAuth | Sign in at the provider | Gmail, Slack, Dropbox, Salesforce, Google Contacts |
| API key | Paste a token | HubSpot, Stripe, Claude, Twilio |
| Signing secret | InProQu gives you a secret | Incoming Webhooks |
| Scheduling link | Paste a public booking URL | Calendly, Cal.com |
| None | Built-in UI | CSV client import |
Raw secrets are not shown again after save. Disconnect and reconnect to rotate a key.
What each family is for
| Family | Job in your workspace |
|---|---|
| Send from Share | |
| CRM and contacts | Pull (and optionally push) people into Clients |
| Import and export | CSV in; Sheets / Airtable out |
| Storage | PDF copies + browse files in blocks |
| Media | Stock photos, video browse |
| Messaging | Alerts in Slack, Telegram, Teams, … |
| Projects | Task / card after they accept |
| Scheduling | Book a call on the public page |
| Signing | Dropbox Sign (DocuSign coming soon) |
| Payments | Checkout on the link |
| AI providers | Draft and chat keys |
| Analytics and live chat | Pixel / Intercom on /p/… |
| Webhooks | Form / agent → client + draft; events out to Zapier |
After they accept
When a client accepts, connected tools can run without you clicking again:
| If connected | What happens |
|---|---|
| Google Calendar | Follow-up event |
| Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Trello, Jira | Project / task / item / card / issue |
| Stripe / PayPal / PayMongo / Maya | Pay is already on the page (accept is not required to pay) |
| Dropbox Sign | E-sign flow when the doc requires signature |
| Xero / QuickBooks | Draft invoice: coming soon |
| Thank-you template | Email the client if you have their address |
You still Convert by hand (or auto-ack on paid) when you want an invoice or receipt in InProQu.
After they view or you share
Messaging apps and outbound webhooks (Team+) can fire on view, share, and accept. Payloads include source: "inproqu".
Plans
Most Connect cards work on trial and Pro. These need a higher plan:
| Feature | Plan |
|---|---|
| Workspace SMTP | Pro+ |
| Custom share domain | Pro+ |
| Incoming webhooks, Zapier / Make / n8n catch, shared templates | Team+ |
| Knowledge catalog, SSO, workspace chrome | Business |
Rules that keep you in control
- Intake never auto-sends. Webhooks and forms create a draft.
- CRM push is off by default. Pull sync does not write back unless you enable push.
- Mute on one document stops alerts for that link only.
- Staff preview is not a client view. Messaging should not fire for your own Preview.
- Disconnect anytime. The document blocks stay; pickers just lose browse.
If Connect fails
- Confirm the card is still enabled.
- OAuth: the redirect must be exactly
{your-app-url}/api/integrations/oauth/callback. - API key: check scopes (HubSpot contacts.read, Airtable schema write, Stripe webhook URL).
- Webhooks from Stripe / Dropbox Sign need a public app URL.
