Import and export: CSV, Sheets, and Airtable

Move lists in and out without a developer.

CSV import is built in. No API key. Google Sheets and Airtable are Connect cards under Integrations.

Import clients (CSV)

Works on every plan.

  1. Export a CSV from your CRM or spreadsheet (name, email, company, phone).
  2. Clients → import, or Integrations → CSV Client Import.
  3. Map columns. Confirm. Import.

Use this when you already have a list of clients. There is no need to type them again. After import, you can attach them to documents, use their details in variables, and send to them like any other client.

Also see Google Contacts and CRM sync if the list already lives in those tools.

Export to Google Sheets

OAuth. InProQu creates or updates one spreadsheet in your Drive (it does not ask for access to every sheet you own).

On first export, Clients and Proposals tabs (with headers) are created. Run export again to refresh.

Use this for a weekly snapshot, a partner report, or a backup of titles and statuses.

Export to Airtable

Paste a Personal Access Token and Base ID.

Recommended token scopes: data.records:read, data.records:write, schema.bases:read, schema.bases:write. With schema write, missing Clients / Proposals tables and columns are created on export.

What this is not

  • Sheets / Airtable export is not a live two-way sync. Run export when you want a fresh copy.
  • Incoming webhooks are the path if a form should create a client or draft. See WordPress and webhooks.
  • PDF copies of a document go to Drive / Dropbox / OneDrive / pCloud, not to Sheets.
