Two jobs: save a PDF copy when you export, and browse or paste files inside a document.
Connect Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or Notion under Integrations.
PDF copies on export
When you Download PDF, InProQu can drop a copy in the connected folder:

Connect more than one if you want copies in two places. Disconnect to stop the copy; the document in InProQu stays.
Cloud Files block
The Cloud Files (Attachments) block can:
- Browse Dropbox / OneDrive when that provider is connected
- Paste any URL with no connection
- Browse the Knowledge library on Business+
Never invent file URLs in an AI draft. Paste a real share link or browse.
Notion
Connect Notion when you want pages or assets available from that workspace. Use it as a library source, not as a replacement for Clients.
Tips
- Paste URL always works for a one-off attachment.
- Integrations unlock browse. They do not hide the Cloud Files block.
- Public share pages load your file links. If a Dropbox link is private, the client cannot open it: use a shared link.
