Security

Account → Security: turn on MFA (TOTP).
Account → Profile → Title / position autofills Sign as sender. Set it once.
Business: enforce MFA for all members, SSO (Google Workspace / Microsoft Entra), optional require-SSO.
Audit
- Team+: in-app activity / audit log
- Business: audit log CSV export (date-bounded)
Billing in the app
Billing shows trial remaining, plan, and checkout (self-serve Pro / Team). Business is Contact us.
After trial with no upgrade: you can still log in and view. New shares and some sending / export can pause until you upgrade. Public links may stay live for a short grace window. The Billing page states the date.
What each paid plan adds (short)
- Pro: unlimited shares, custom share domain, workspace SMTP, more seats/companies
- Team: shared templates, inbound webhooks (form → client + draft), outbound webhooks, audit log
- Business: SSO, enforce MFA, Knowledge catalog, workspace chrome, custom Support page, more workspaces
InProQu does not promise SAML, SCIM, or custom roles beyond Admin/Editor on the public pricing page.
