InProQu is a proposal, quotation, invoice, and acknowledgement builder. You design a branded document with blocks, share a client link, track opens, collect accept or e-sign, and optionally take payment. Print and PDF are first-class.

After setup, the desktop app is your home: sidebar on the left, documents in the middle, alerts when something happens on a live link.
What you send
Clients open a public share link (/p/…) in their browser. They do not need an InProQu account. Most clients see the Website view as a scrolling page. The Document view shows the same content on pages for print and PDF.
There are four document kinds:

Kind is inferred from the title (and convert). Putting “Invoice” or “Acknowledgement” in the title picks the matching email template and convert path.

The phone companion is for you: manage, preview, share, light edits. Layout work stays on the desktop web builder.
What InProQu is not
- Not accounting software. Totals and checkout live on the document; books stay in your accounting tool.
- Not a Word clone. You build with blocks, not a free-form page of floating text boxes.
- Not a mailbox host. Send from your Gmail, Outlook, Zoho, or SMTP: or paste the link yourself.
You stay in control of the workspace
The builder is the center. Integrations are how people, files, money, and alerts move in and out. CRM sync, website forms, Slack, checkout, Drive PDFs. Nothing auto-sends. Read How your workspace fits together and the Integrations index.
Money on the link
InProQu does not hold client funds. Connect Stripe, PayPal, PayMongo, or Maya Business with your keys (BYOK). Bank-transfer details on How to pay still work with no processor. Setup: Checkout processors.
